<p><strong>The Concept:</strong></p>
<p><strong>A webmaster</strong> (from web and master), also called a web architect, web developer, site author, or website administrator is a person responsible for maintaining one or many websites.</p>
<p><strong>The  binary code</strong> is a way of representing text or computer processor instructions by the use of the binary number system&#8217;s two-binary digits <strong>0</strong> and <strong>1</strong>.</p>
